Pewaukee First Floor Home Remodel
A Pewaukee family hired us as the professional remodeling contractor to update their home. They wanted to refresh and update their outdated first floor. While they loved space, it was stuck in the 1990s. Their remodeling wish list included: the kitchen, dining room, breakfast sunroom, great room, fireplace and hallway.
Kowalske Kitchen & Bath‘s team worked closely with the homeowners to design and build their vision of a beautiful home. The entire space is full of natural light pouring in through the two-story wall of windows in the great room. The goal of the project was to keep the space open and bright.
Beautiful features of this Pewaukee kitchen remodel include: white shaker cabinets, quartz counters, pendant lighting and a mosaic backsplash. We designed this kitchen with entertaining in mind, which includes a wrap-around island and an adjacent wet bar. The warmth of the hardwood floors and coffered ceiling tie the space together.
The hallway desk nook includes cabinetry, electrical and lighting to replace an extra coat closet. We updated the breakfast sunroom and refaced the fireplace with stacked stone. We eliminated several of the arched walkways and updated the trim.
