Welcome to this beautiful home addition and whole house remodel on Okauchee Lake that included a kitchen, dining and living room addition, in-law suite addition and primary suite addition. The old space was cramped and the homeowners wanted to expand and modernize the space. Additions were added to both the front and back of the home. Now, the kitchen flows into the dining room and living room. A large island provides space for cooking, seating and entertaining.

• Neutral Color Palette – The home is bright and airy with slate blue cabinets throughout much of the first floor (Granite Peak, SW-6250). New matte black windows flood the rooms with natural light and a view of the lake.

• Hickory Cabinetry – The highlight of the kitchen addition is the stunning hickory kitchen island, Cambria countertops, and the pantry hutch. Fluted glass doors with ornate hardware make the hutch timeless and elegant.

• Mixed Materials – This home beautifully blends a variety of mixed materials. Metals for hardware, windows and fixtures include gold, brushed nickel and matte black. Wood cabinets/floors are paired with painted cabinets.

• New Entryway & Mudroom – An addition on the front of the home included a new entry and mudroom. The mudroom is perfect for a busy family and has cabinets, open cubbies, hooks, a bench and closet. Matte black railings on the staircase match the new windows and front door.
